Research Interest:
I am interested in the default-mode network (DMN) and the social, affective, and spontaneous processes it subserves. What interrelations tie together the disparate functions that recruit DMN? What are the spatiotemporal dynamics of DMN and other brain regions during social cognition? Why is DMN so active at rest, what is it really doing? Can resting activity in DMN predict the performance of DMN-mediated tasks?
